Follow the path past The Prophet Skeram, go down to the lower level towards the second boss, and you'll want to go in a clockwise direction from there. When actually navigating the raid, it can be a bit overwhelming if you've never been in there before. Once you've gotten all of the trash, you can run back out and reset the instance to do it again if need be. These drop purely from the trash in the raid, so I would strongly suggest avoiding to kill bosses until you're done. Any portal to the Caverns of Time - in both Broken Isles and Northrend Dalaran - is a valid option if you experience long load times to either capital city.
Fastest way to get here is generally from Ulduar, avaliable from Stormwind and Orgrimmar respectively.
